Workers Compensation
Workers Compensation provides protection to employers in the event an employee gets injured on the job and claims are filed against the employer. The main benefits of Workers Compensation is that it can provide compensation to employees if they’re injured on the job and can’t work, and it protects employers from lawsuits resulting from an employees on the job injuries.
Most companies/businesses are required by law to have Workers Compensation insurance in place. This can be one of the highest expenses a business incurs, but is extremely beneficial to the employer and employee in the event of an on the job injury.
Mike and his staff know the meaning of service. I sent Mike an email at 10pm one evening because I had a question about my policy that I didn’t want to forget asking him. 5 minutes later I had a reply from Mike answering my questions in detail.
